PINOY ADOBO with EGG

Every race has their own way of cooking pork adobo. Cooking pork adobo is one of my favorite food that I love to serve on our family table.

My own style of cooking pork adobo - makes 4 to 5 servings (approximately)

Ingredients:
Pork Belly - 1/2 kg (medium sliced)
Soy Sauce (Toyo) - 6 tbsp
Vinegar (Suka) - 6 tbsp
Ground Pepper
Onion (Sibuyas) - 1 piece (chopped)
Garlic (Bawang) - 4 gloves (minced)
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Bay Leaves
Egg - 6 pieces (boiled)

How to cook:
1. Heat the pan, then pour 2 tbsp of cooking oil
2. Fry onion till golden brown then add the garlic
3. Wait for the garlic till it turns into golden brown before you add the medium sliced pork
4. Cook for about 20 to 25 minutes till the pork is tender
5. Add soy sauce and vinegar
6. Add the ground pepper and bay leaves
5. Boil for another 10 minutes
6. Add sugar to add some sweet
7. Put the boiled egg and boil for another 5 minutes
8. Ready to serve
