GROUND PORK in TOMATO SAUCE

Ground pork in tomato also known in Tagalog language as "Giniling" is one of the common food that most family prepare for lunch. Ground pork is also one of the  fave food of the kids because it is finely chopped  and easy to chew.

Ingredients:
Ground Pork - 1/4 kg
Potato - 2 pieces of medium size (cut into small cubes)
Carrots - 1 piece large (cut into small cubes)
Red Onion - 1 piece
Tomato Sauce - 200 ml
Garlic - 4 gloves
Ground Pepper
Bay Leaves
Cooking Oil
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt
Vetsin



Hot to cook:
1. Heat the casserole, then add small amount of cooking oil
2. Put the read onion, wait till golden brown then add garlic
3. Put the ground pork, cook until the ground pork is tender (approximately 15 minutes)
4. Add 1/2 cup water, then put the potato and carrots altogether
5. After 5 minutes, check if the potato and carrot is tender, then add tomato sauce
6. Boil for 5 minutes, add a pinch of ground pepper and bay leaves
7. Add some salt and vetsin to taste
8. Ready to serve

Makes 2 to 3 servings
